We want to assure that you are prepared for your experience at Leen’s Lodge. We provide all linens and bath towels in your well-appointed lakeside cabin. We also provide our American Plan guests with daily maid service. You should bring your personal toiletries, medicines etc.… Your cabin will have a small refrigerator that you can stock with your personal needs. We do not have a liquor license, so feel free to bring your own choice of alcoholic beverages.

If you are fishing with a Maine Guide, they can supply all of your fishing rods and tackle. We always suggest that you bring your favorite rod to enhance your experience. If you are fishing on your own or in a rental boat, bring your own equipment.

The town of Grand Lake Stream, two miles from Leen’s Lodge, has limited provisions including beer, wine and some groceries. A larger grocery store is located in Princeton, approximately 14 miles from the lodge. Calais, which is 30 miles from the lodge, offers more extensive shopping including a Super Walmart.

Best to keep in mind that we are in a wilderness setting, and black flies and mosquitos can be an issue in May and June. Although our westerly breeze keeps us fairly protected, some bug dope may be needed on still or calm days.
