American Plan
Dinner your day of arrival, breakfast, packed lunch and dinner during your stay, and breakfast on your day of departure. Daily maid service.

Rates for May and June (peak fishing season)
$264.00 per person/per day – double occupancy (two people to a bedroom).
$313.50 per person/per day – single occupancy (one person to a bedroom).
$385.00 per person/per day – solo occupancy (one person by themselves in a cabin).
$313.50 per person / single night stay (if only one person, then the solo rate of $385.00 applies).
Children 6-12 pay $22.00 per year of age per day. Children under 6 stay free.
Lunches are sandwich lunch or shore lunch.
A combined shore and sandwich lunch is an additional $10 per person.

Rates for July through October (except for bird hunting)
$240.00 per person/per day – double occupancy (two people to a bedroom).
$285.00 per person/per day – single occupancy (one person to a bedroom).
$350.00 per person/per day – solo occupancy (one person by themselves in a cabin).
$285.00 per person / single night stay (if only one person, then the solo rate of $350 applies).
Children 6-12 pay $20 per year of age per day. Children under 6 stay free.
Lunches are sandwich lunch or shore lunch.
A combined shore and sandwich lunch is an additional $10 per person.

Housekeeping Plan

(You prepare your own meals and do not have maid service)

Caribou / Santerre Cabins:
$420 per day for up to 4 guests. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Cove Cabin:
$525 per day for up to 5 guests. Each additional guest would pay $105 per night for up to 8 guests.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Leen-To Cabin 
$735 per day for up to 7 guests. Each additional guest would pay $105 per night for up to 14 guests.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
 
Bird Hunting Package  (for guided days):
Includes meals, lodging, daily maid service, guide service and taxes. Gratuities are not included.
$750.00 per person / per day /
Double Hunter (a hunter is a person going out with a guide, whether or not they shoot a gun)
$1000 per day / Single Hunter

There is also a charge for the night of arrival and day of departure.
 
Pets:

Pet Rules and Fees.  We love pets and welcome them.   They cannot be left unattended in the cabin.  They are not permitted on furniture or beds unless you have your own blankets or use one of our old comforters; please request one at check-in.  Extra cleaning is required after pets have vacationed with us, so we charge a $50 fee for guests with pets.  Additionally, any damages caused to bedding, towels, sheets, or furniture will be charged to your invoice.

Taxi Service:
We can transport guests from/to The Princeton Airport for a $50 fee each way.
This charge will be added to your invoice.

Boat Rentals:
14 foot boat $125 daily – 16 foot $140 daily, aluminum boats with outboard motors. Reservations must be made in advance. If you reserve a boat and do not use it, a $25 rigging fee will be charged.

Rental includes one tank of gas.

Guide Lunch (American Plan Only):
For American Plan guests, a lunch for your guide will be provided at the following rate:

$20 / day per guide will be added to your invoice.
$30 / day per guide for a combination shore and sandwich lunch will be added to your invoice.

For Housekeeping guests, you are responsible for providing a lunch for your guide and yourselves.

Payment: The guest is expected to pay the guide directly, each day, by cash or check. If you need us to pay the guide on your behalf, then a fee of 4% of the guide wage will be added to your invoice.

Check In & Check Out Times:
Check in is after 3 p.m. on arrival date unless other vacation arrangements are made in advance.
Check out is 10 a.m. on departure date. If you are fishing or hunting the day of your departure, then
you must move your belongings to your vehicle so we can clean your cabin. With the exception of the bird hunting package, if you shorten your stay for any reason, then you will be charged 50% of your remaining stay or one full day, whichever is greater.

Deposits:
Your deposit provides assurance to you and us of your confirmed reservation. Cancellation & Refund

A 50% deposit is required for all guests, except for first time bird hunting guests. See below for bird
hunting. A 3% credit card fee will be charged for transactions by credit card. Deposits may be made by check, but a credit card number must be on file. Checks must be received two weeks after you book, or we will charge
your credit card for the deposit.

Bird Hunting (for guided days):
For first time bird hunting guests, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. If payment is made by credit card, a 3% credit card fee will be charged. Payment may be made by check, but a credit card must be on file. For repeat bird hunting customers, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. Deposits may be made by check, but a credit card number must be on file.  Checks must be received two weeks after you book, or we will charge your credit card for the deposit. If you prefer to pay the balance by check, then please remit payment 14 days before the due date. Otherwise, your invoice will be automatically be paid with the credit card on file and you will incur the 3% credit card fee.

There is also a charge for the night of arrival and day of departure.
